Tonight as I was studying, I came across a quote by Sister Chieko Okzaki. She said, “Christ is not wanting us to be perfect. Perfect people do not need the Savior. He came to save his people in their imperfections. He is the Lord of the living and the living make mistakes. He’s not embarrassed by us, angry at us or shocked. He wants us in our brokenness, in our unhappiness, in our guilt and our grief.”
Powerful.
I love when quotes touch my heart—and bring a sense of peace to my soul.

I like being reminded that we don't always have to be perfect. I think we get caught up all the time in thinking we need to be - and we aren't even supposed to be. That's a great quote.
