In the mood for popcorn? I am!

1 cup popcorn kernels, popped

1 lb. White Chocolate 

1 cup of Milk Chocolate Chips

1 lb. Caramel

Place popped popcorn in a very large mixing bowl.. Melt the White Chocolate according to the package. Usually, I microwave White Chocolate for 45 seconds.  Stir.  Microwave for another 45 seconds.  Stir.  If needed, I microwave in 15 seconds increments until all of it is melted and looks smooth. 

Pour white chocolate over the popped popcorn and mix until all popcorn is covered.  Pour the chocolate covered popcorn onto a piece of waxed paper, parchment or foil.  Spread it out into an even layer and leave it alone.

Melt the caramel according to the package.  I use the same process as melting the white chocolate.  Once the caramel is melted, drizzle over top of white chocolate popcorn.

Melt the milk chocolate chips in microwave stirring every 45 seconds until all chips are melted. Drizzle over the top of the white chocolate & caramel popcorn.  

When chocolate is hardened, use your hands to break up popcorn into chunks.  Toss in a bowl and eat!!  So delicious!!!

Oh, I love POPCORN!!
